Rules
To create a comfortable atmosphere and maintain an acceptable level of behaviour here at Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr, administration expects you abide by the following guidelines when posting, thus ensuring all visitors have an enjoyable experience!
Registering
You must have a working e-mail address to register. While you can choose to hide it, administration will use this address (and private messages) to notify you of problems or warn you of offensive behaviour.
When registering at Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr, it is a request that you keep your user name clean, i.e. free from bad language, sexual references, etc.
Please do not register a name similar to a current member in order to post a message as an impersonator.
Avatars are limited to W:110 by H:140 pixels or 1.91 MB (whichever is smaller).
Limit signatures up to 500 characters only. Images in signatures should be 500x150(WxH). Please don't put multiple images on your signature.
Spam
Please refrain from posting links related to content that is of an adult nature, i.e. ****. Only links or posts that will improve the use of the boards are welcomed.
If you try to use Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr to promote a product, service or another website, your user name will be banned from the message board. Moderators will determine if your link is useful or if it is spam.
Posting
If you do wish to make a post please make sure you are posting in the correct forum (Topic titles and descriptions are very clear). This implies posts have to stay on topic, eg: Introduce yourself in the Introduction forum!
Please check to see if your question, matter, etc has already been posted. Use the search page to find particular topics. The FAQ page @ Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr is a great source for new users; we suggest you use it before asking frequently asked questions.
Please use paragraphs on long posts. Do not mix case or post messages in CAPS.
Sexually graphic posts are not encouraged. If you feel you must include information of a sexual nature, please keep it at a respectable level.
No nudity on the boards. Nude pictures of any person/s will not be accepted.
Bad language is not appreciated. Since the boards are opened to a wide range of age groups, the use of bad language should be kept at a minimum. Moderators will notify you if you language is inappropriate.
Obsessive behaviour will not be tolerated, Administrators, Moderators, nor other board members want to read fanatical messages from deluded members. Posts deemed obsessive by Admin will be removed and a curtesy PM may or may not be sent to the offending member.
Please use the edit button if you make a mistake or wish to add another comment after posting. Double posts will be edited or removed by Moderators.
Limit ‘only emoticons’ or one word posts. Whilst it’s fun to have hundreds of posts to your name, it’s quality not quantity!
Limit pictures in your one post to maximum 3 full size picture (640x480 pixels), otherwise use thumbnails.
Please contact the administrator if you want to change your username.
Protocol
Posting messages that contain unwarranted personal attacks against other members is not acceptable. Differing opinions will inevitably arise and they are welcomed, nevertheless, there is a considerable difference between disagreeing with an idea and attacking an individual.
Defaming Gaby and/or any other members will result in your username being banned. Please show respect towards senior members.
Administration and Moderators reserve the right to delete posts of an abusive and disruptive nature. Users who continually refuse to comply with the requests of Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr guidelines will be banned.
Moderators will always do their best to ensure fair resolution of any problems that may occur.
Rules apply across the board, that is, Administration and Moderators will always adhere to the above guidelines. We do however reserve the right to delete, edit, move or close any message for any reason.
Banning Stages
If a member breaks any of the Gabydelamercedforums.co.nr rules he or she will enter a 3 step stage, the stages are detailed as follows;
Warning Stage: If a member breaks a rule or disobeys a Moderators request a curtesy PM will be sent to the member informing them of what they have done wrong.
Cooling Off Period: If a member continues to disregard the rules or ignores a Moderators warning, he or she will be banned for a period of 3 days.
Ban: Finally, if a member returns after 3 days and still refuses to cooperate, their registration will be terminated.
In certain situations members will be banned on the spot. By posting at this site, you agree to these terms.
